Cincy Tires

ATTEMPTED TO SCAM ME INTO PAYING EXTRA!! I was in the area with a flat tire and pulled into the nearest tire shop, which was Cincy tires. The guy that did my repair lets me know it's 65 + 5 for them to dispose of my tire and its cash only, I said okay I'll keep the tire and I can go grab cash from the nearest store bc i knew i would need change bc atm dispense multiples of 20. He advised me there was a atm inside which I used assuming he would have change if he's running a cash business. I asked if he had the change for 80 he said no then asked for one of my 20s so another guy could run to the store and grab change. The other guy asked what should he get from the store he responded "milds, chips, and to give me back 10" once I heard this I assumed he was taking the 10 to go towards my service I was looking down at my phone so he assumed I wasn't paying attention I guess. The other guy comes back from the store and hands me back a $10 bill knowing i needed at least one $5 dollar bill for my $65 tire service. once it's time to pay he asks me for $65 I told him I owed him $55 bc his guy only gave me back $10. He attempts to question the guy on where my other 10 went and he responded w

Open late. Which is fantastic when you get a flat on the way home and everyone else is closed. Quick in and out in no time.

Terrible service, totally unprofessional, the tire they fixed ran flat again after 1 hour , totally unreliable, Shame on me ??!!!! You provide a terrible service , and you overcharge people and you have the audacity to shame me ?! Let me refresh your memory, we talked over the phone almost few weeks ago I specifically asked for a patch for my tire , which you said yes we do that over the phone , then when I arrived your assistant said he doesn't do that , and he doesn't know how to do it and he tried to sell me a used tire instead, Which I refused then I called you and I asked you if you do patch or not ? You said yes we do it and asked to speak to your associate who then said ok he will do it , and asked for $45 , i paid $50 and left him the $5 as a tip and after almost 20 minutes he said yhe tire is ready and he fixed it , then after 1 hour the tire was flat again ! And I had to drive the car with a flat tire till the nearest shop and bought 4 new tires , because of your terrible service, its people like you who shouldn't be running business over promise and never deliver , instead of trying to fix your business and the quality of service you provide you are trying to shame

Would give them 0 stars if I could. he came quick and timely manner and helped me get my car on the road he got me a new tire and put it on and everything was fine. I was driving down the road (mind you I asked how long should this tire last he said year) And needed gas so I stopped went in the store and came back out like 15 mins later I look and the tire is flat. I called and asked they seemed like they did not care about the situation and said it was my fault the tire went bad. I had the tire inspected and they said the people who gave you this tire was wrong cause it was a horrible tire. Wouldn’t go here they just want a quick buck. They said they couldn’t give me a refund so they will get served in a couple days😂. No stars
